This. What is it?
Introducing the BASE FIVE Mandala.
Fusing the twin triangles of the hexagram, the star tetrahedron (also known as the ‘Merkabah’), the Flower of Life, and the 12 pointed lotus associated with the Anahata (heart) Chakra.
Individually these symbols are powerful. Combined, they represent the fundamental attitudes of BASE FIVE: Heart forward integration of energy, essence and spirit. Greater unity of the masculine and feminine within and without, and the ability to craft a new, exciting reality for ourselves!
The star tetrahedron represents the Merkabah. An aspect of awakened consciousness, where spiritual, astral and physical bodies are integrated. The word Merkabah is actually composed of three separate words: Mer, which means light, Ka, which means spirit and Ba, which means Body. Together, these express the union of spirit with the body, surrounded by light.
The curved elements are derived from The Flower of Life. Composed of several concentric, equal, overlapping circles, It is said to contain vital information on the secrets of the universe and all living things. Many spiritual and mystical geometric figures are contained within the flower. Leonardo da Vinci, himself, was able to derive platonic solids and the golden ratio of phi from the Flower of Life.
Finally, the 12 points of the star. Drawing from the symbolic picture of the Anahata (Heart) Chakra which depicts a Lotus with twelve petals. These represent the divine qualities of the heart: bliss, peace, harmony, love, understanding, empathy, clarity, purity, unity, compassion, kindness and forgiveness.
